If something on this site is wrong or out of date — a price that has changed, a program that has closed, a detail we got wrong — please tell us. Corrections are made quickly and noted on the page.
Include the page and what is wrong. That is enough.
For operators and studios
If you run a cultural experience in Korea — a cooking class, a craft workshop, a hanbok studio, a temple program, a dance academy — and you would like to be listed, get in touch.
A few things worth knowing before you write:
- We charge a flat monthly fee for listings, not a commission. We take no percentage of your bookings and we never handle your customers’ payments. You keep your own booking and payment channels exactly as they are.
- Bookings go directly to you. We link; we do not intermediate.
- Paid listings are labelled as such on the page. We will not present a paid listing as an editorial recommendation.
- We will ask whether you can serve English-speaking customers, and how. It is the single thing our readers most want to know, and we would rather say “Korean only, with a translation app” honestly than overstate it.

What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a travel agency. We cannot make a booking for you, change or cancel a booking, arrange an itinerary, or intervene in a dispute with an operator. For anything to do with a specific booking, contact the operator or the platform you booked through — they are the ones who can act on it.
